1:1 Coaching

  • Coached Benelux General Manager within large global organisation to develop his leadership style/capability and personal vision for the business, and to diagnose and support introduction of his new management team & business strategy.

  • Performance coached Sales Manager with development needs relating to communication, resulting in rapid turn around of performance.  Utilised range of tools and instruments to raise self-awareness and motivation, to ensure sustainable change.

  • Coached Finance Director whose goal was to identify a new career path.  Utilised MBTI, 360 feedback, and other tools specifically designed for career coaching, resulting in clear career aspirations and goals for change.

  • Coached Head of European Marketing for pharmaceutical company, with a particular focus on behavioural skills and organisational abilities. Identified as top talent within the Company.

Team Performance/
Organisation Development

  • Coached newly formed senior management team 1-1 through a process and in the development of their leadership skills following the expansion of their division into Europe.  Introduced and facilitated Organisational Development model to determine strategy, mission and vision; metrics; current capability and future capability requirements; and Transformation Map/Balanced Scorecard.  Designed and facilitated Management off-sites and 2 day Employee Team Building event.  This process was subsequently replicated by the Global Leader in the US.

  • Development of management team, including coaching, facilitating, management development, and cross cultural team development, within a fast moving, young and entrepreneurial High Tech organisation.  Coached newly promoted Country Managers, as well as more seasoned Country Managers and Functional Directors, across Europe.

  • Designed and facilitated 2 day meeting with UK management team of rapidly expanding organisation.  Outputs included identification of organisational capabilities needed to achieve revenue growth plans; design of the organisation structure; creation of the Company values, beliefs and behaviours; and talent management principles.

Organisation Effectiveness

  • Coached European senior management team to support the development of the organisation and culture for new, entrepreneurial pan-European division within a large, traditional organisation to achieve rapid business growth.  Diagnosed, designed and launched the long-term provision of the full range of HR & Development services (including talent management, succession planning and leadership development Exceptional business results realised, raising the profile significantly at Board level within the organisation of different ways to run the business.

  • Designed and launched Performance Management system in High Tech "start-up" organisation, including the identification of the Company values and behaviours aspired to.  Created Core Performance Dimensions and an open 360 feedback system to measure quantitative and qualitative performance across and within teams.  Provided 1:1 coaching and group training/facilitation in how to give and receive feedback, and work effectively as a team.

  • Consultant to HR management team in large global Company, evolving its HR function. Brought experience from different sectors and Companies to advise on strategy; structure; process; and HR roles.

  • Facilitated integration issues following acquisition by large High Tech organisation, including the transfer of groups of employees, and ongoing relationship development between the two businesses.
