We work in three core areas: 1:1 Executive Coaching; Team Performance/Organisation Development; and Organisation Effectiveness:

1:1 Coaching

  • Working with Executives/leaders to move them to the next level of success.

  • Working to accelerate the development of top talent/high potential.  This can include “polishing” soft skills such as influence; negotiation; communication; and conflict resolution, as well as time management.

  • Working with individuals to effect rapid and sustainable performance transformation, often in one or more areas of an otherwise good performance.

  • Helping to determine, shape and plan for attainment of a career path and goals.

  • Smooth and speedy transition into a new role (internal transfer or external hire).  Typically coaching covers first 3 months.

Team Performance/
Organisation Development

  • Facilitating new teams in defining their team strategy and goals; determining their governance; and supporting them as they move through the stages of team development (form, storm, norm, perform).

  • Using robust OD models, facilitating the team to create their vision and mission, capabilities, competitive advantage, and long/short range goals.  Use of Balanced Scorecard to drive and track key milestones and deliverables.

  • Working with ongoing teams to stretch their expectations of what they can achieve.  Facilitating them to influence and smoothly integrate corporate strategy and initiatives.

Organisation Effectiveness

  • Assessment of individuals to identify strengths and areas for growth, followed by creation of a development plan.  Often used in conjunction with succession planning or company re-organisation.

  • The HR Function: shaping the HR strategy in line with Corporate strategy; transformation of the HR function; audit of the HR function.  Often used to prepare for/following re-structuring or HR transformation.

  • Change management projects, e.g. Company re-organisation.

  • Process re-design: eliminating bureaucratic drag and targeting fast results. Ensures significant time and money savings.
